A fully functional production-ready web application for monitoring the implementation of e-ticketing network devices across 10 KAI Commuter stations in East Java (Wilayah 8). Built with a relational data model (Project → Stations → Devices → Tasks → Testing → UAT → Handover), role-based access control for 7 roles, weighted activity progress calculation, dynamic delay detection, QR device tracking, and a mobile-first technician field update workflow with GPS capture and photo evidence.
